This dashboard is tiered from site -> organization -> department and is integrated into Tiered structure.  Dashboard is refreshed multiple times per day providing actionable insights across the site.  Designed to highlight Risks ("Yellow") and documented mitigation actions transitioning site from tactical reactive issue/resolution mindset.

Daily tier review with KPI across Personnel –Safety- Quality- Delivery- Cost providing actionable insights enabling a focused cross department tiered forum for timely risk identification, mitigation and as needed escalation.
